1. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted in case of a genuine reason. Shipping charges of ₹149 will be deducted from the refund amount.

To be eligible for return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and returned with its original tags and packaging.

2. Exchanges

Size exchanges are available. A ₹149 shipping charge applies.

3. COD

a. Partial COD:

A ₹199 advance payment is required to confirm the order. The remaining amount, along with a ₹49 COD fee, will be payable at the time of delivery. The advance amount is non-refundable in case of order refusal.

b. Full COD:

Full COD is available with a flat ₹199 COD charge, payable along with the order amount at the time of delivery.

4. RTO

If delivery is unsuccessful due to customer-related reasons such as an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal, reshipping the order will require an additional ₹149 charge.

5. Claims

A clear unboxing video is required for raising any claim. All requests must be raised within 72 hours of delivery.
