2. EXCHANGE -

Only size exchanges are allowed. A ₹149 shipping charge applies. Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.

3. COD -

a. Partial COD: A ₹199 advance payment is mandatory. The remaining amount + ₹49 COD fee is payable upon delivery. The advance amount is non-refundable in case of refusal.

b. Full COD: Available with a flat ₹199 COD charge, payable along with the order amount at the time of delivery.

4. RTO -

If delivery fails due to customer issues (wrong address, unavailability, refusal), reshipping requires an additional ₹149 charge.

5. CLAIMS -

A clear unboxing video is mandatory. All requests must be raised within 72 hours of delivery. Minor color, print, or measurement variations are not considered defects.
