2. EXCHANGE -

Only size exchanges are allowed. A ₹149 shipping charge applies. Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.

3. COD -

A ₹199 advance payment is mandatory. Remaining amount + ₹49 COD fee is payable on delivery. The advance is non-refundable in case of refusal.

4. RTO -

If delivery fails due to customer issues (wrong address, unavailability, refusal), Reshipping requires ₹149 extra.

5. CLAIMS -

A clear unboxing video is mandatory. All requests must be raised within 72 hours of delivery. Minor color/print variations are not considered defects.
